When I first started working with Kellie, I thought I had a good handle about nutrition. I had previously fallen victim to trying all of the latest fad diets, which never seemed to work for me. With Kellie’s guidance, we were able to figure out what foods really work for my body. It’s amazing the difference in your health when you give your body proper nutrition that it needs. I lost weight, saw an increase in energy and began sleeping really well. Working with her, learning about nutrition and all the other components in your life that affect your wellness have really changed how I look at my life. I spent more than 13 years sitting behind a desk, working for investment banks and private equity firms. I saw my weight fluctuate, in direct correlation to my happiness and increased stress level. Imagine that – stress working in a banking job! My sleep was incredibly erratic and I would rely on many doses of caffeine to get me through the day, followed by sleeping pills at night. I often found myself sick due to poor sleep patterns and an unhealthy diet. For years, no matter how well I ate or how much I worked out, I couldn’t figure out how to create a healthy balance.
